Flight Permit and Immigration Policies Implemented by Indonesia Government due to Covid-19
Effective February 05, 2020 until further notice
A. Policy for private and commercial flights coming to and from Indonesia
The Indonesia government bans all flights to and from China. Hong Kong and Macau registered aircrafts are NOT affected.
B. Visa for Chinese passports
The Indonesia government has also temporarily revoked Free Visa and Visa on Arrival policies for all Chinese passport holders. Chinese Passport holders and foreigners who have been in China within 14 days are not allowed to visit Indonesia.
C. Policy for cargo flight coming to Indonesia
Except for live animals, cargo planes from China can still fly into Indonesia, land in an international airport, with below condition:
- Aircraft has to be positioned/parked at an isolated parking area, as directed by the airport authority. Far away from regular parking stands
- Operator has to send us Gendec and cargo manifest
- Quarantine staff will perform disinfection on the aircraft, crew, any luggage and the cargo item, as per their SOP/discretion
- Crew will remain on board, they are not allowed to get out of the plane during aircraft on the ground.
